Several brands hand make each hat per order, so delivery times vary. Most hats will be delivered within 3-4 weeks.

Since all Beaver Brand, Biltmore, and most Serratelli, hats are custom made especially for each hat aficionado, please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery on these brands. Although Beaver Brand,Biltmore,and Serratelli warrants its products against defects in workmanship and materials, any individually customized hat will be non returnable.

 Our Policies

1: We do not make our customers' information available to any third party.

2: All returns or exchanges must first be authorized by Roger's Western Hats and given an R.A.number. All returns and exchanges must be sent to the Cody, WY address. If it is a simple return or exchange for size, color, style, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We suggest you use a traceable carrier, i.e. [UPS ground, FedEx ground, USPO Priority] and insure the return for the retail value.

3: If return to due to a mistake by Roger's Western Hats or for a defect in the item, all shipping cost will be covered by Roger's Western Hats.

4: If return is not the fault of Roger's Western Hats or for a defect in the item, the shipping cost back to customer will be 1/2 of original shipping cost.

5: If return is for credit or refund with no mistakes by Roger's Western Hats or its manufacturers, there will be a 35% restocking fee.

6: Order Cancellation Policy: If your order hasn't already been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment or the manufacturer for production, you may be entitled to cancel your order. Orders cancelled after 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation service charge.

7: OUR PRICING POLICY: We make every attempt to offer you the lowest prices.  If you find one of our products at a lower price, send us an email with the link to that product.  We will check it out and match the price if possible.
